1991 Camaro Z28
We came into possession of a 1991 Camaro Z28. What
to do , what to do? The only normal thing for a racing
family, you build a race car out of it! Zack learned how
to strip out a car. He did most of the interior. The engine
is not in running condition, but that can be fixed. The
interior parts were sold on Ebay to pay for the roll cage.
Now we have to order that and install it in the car. We
are still in need of a fuel cell and spec tires. The car is
stripped down and waiting to start going back together.

Well, the roll cage will be here on April 11th. The rear end has been welded up and
put back in. The engine was pulled out and disassembled. The block was not good.
Water had sat in the cylinders for a couple of years. They were rusted & pitted. The
block will have to be machined.

The cage is all tacked in. Now just
have to weld it up. We were given
a motor out of a pick up. I have to
go pull it and then drop it in this
beast.

It's a race car! Ready to
go. Lets hope that it
stays this nice!
